Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return but only if your product develops a fault.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@cheapwashers.co.uk or by phone on 0161 431 5511

You can always contact us for any return questions at info@cheapwashers.co.uk.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@cheapwashers.co.uk.

Returns are accepted within the first 30 days, only If a product is faulty. Products purchased in error or where a customer has failed to read the product description or the product is no longer required may be eligible for a credit note at the owners discression. 30 days after delivery, any products that are deemed faulty would only be eligible for a repair under the 1 year warranty, or a replacement (in the unlikely event that the product cannot be repaired). In the event of a replacement, the product would be in the same price band and offered as a like for like product solution.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect your legal rights.

If a product develops a fault we would always repair the item, in the event that a repair is not possible then we would replace it like for like as per your statutory rights.

We cannot accept any responsibility for damages caused to property such as flooring, skirting, cupboards etc when an appliance suddenly develops a fault. This is because we ensure that all our appliances are in good working order and fit for purpose when they are delivered to your property. It would be impossible for us to guarantee that this will not develop a fault in the future as this would be an unforeseen circumstance that is completely out of our control.

If a product develops a fault within the first 30 days you are entitled to a refund as per your consumer rights, although we would always have to examine the item first to confirm that the item is faulty and that the fault was not caused by customer misuse or error.
