Do you offer delivery and installation?
Yes.
We offer delivery, installation and recycling of your old appliance. The cost for all of this is just the price of the delivery fee which is calculated at the checkout. (some installation and recycling exclusions apply
Do I get a warranty on my purchase?
Yes.
All of our appliances (even refurbished) come with a minimum of 1 year parts and labour warranty. We also offer our own extended warranty service on laundry and cooking items.
Can I use click and collect?
Yes.
As well as our delivery service you can also collect from store if you need it the same day. Just use the click and collect at the checkout and leave us a note telling us when you wish to collect the item and we’ll have it ready for you when you arrive
My area is out of your delivery zones, can you still deliver?
Maybe.
General rule is around 50 miles from base but give us a call on 0161 431 5511 and let us know your postcode and we can see if we can help.
I want to purchase an appliance for somebody else, can I have it delivered to another address?
Yes.
Just fill in the buyer details and the shipping details at the checkout and we’ll do the rest.
What does the warranty cover?
Your 1 year warranty covers the appliance for mechanical breakdown, this includes parts and labour. The only exclusions we have that are not covered is customer error, i.e pump blockages, foreign objects in the drum, snapped door handles and broken doors, cosmetic damage, misuse, incorrect customer installation etc.
